Jeff Hartley

Hartley is the Managing Partner of Sage Government Solutions, which provides strategic consulting and lobbying services to clients in Utah. Hartley’s focus has been on energy, and he has served on a variety of committees, task forces and working groups dealing with environmental issues, energy production, transportation and economic development.
