Charlotte brings experience in legislative research, communications, and stakeholder engagement to her work at Michael Best Strategies. She supports client teams by tracking policy developments, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating project needs across a range of issue areas. Charlotte brings her experience in both the public and private sectors of government work to ensure client success.
Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte worked in the United States Senate as a staff assistant and intern, where she managed front-office operations, led intern and tour programs, and served as a resource for constituent needs. She assisted the legislative and communications teams by compiling weekly policy updates, preparing communications reports, and conducting research. Before working in the Senate, she held roles at public affairs firms, where she analyzed legislative trends, monitored media and congressional activity, and developed fact sheets and proposals for a variety of clients.
Charlotte’s previous experience also includes interning for the Community and Economic Development team at Hancock Whitney Bank in New Orleans and contributing articles and assisting with operations for Transitions Magazine, a Prague-based international publication.
