Rachel is the Senior Legislative Assistant with Michael Best Strategies. She conducts research and analysis, assists with communications related to key legislative, political, and regulatory issues, and performs daily operations to serve Michael Best Strategies’ clients.

Prior to joining Strategies, Rachel worked at The Madison Group, a consulting firm in Washington, D.C., where she gained familiarity with the political process by attending Capitol Hill hearings, briefings, and regulatory proceedings, serving clients in the healthcare, technology, and social justice sectors.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Rachel served as an intern at the Civic Engagement and Service-Learning Center at Framingham State University, where she created informational brochures, maintained several databases, and conducted research for implementing new programs and tools. Additionally, Rachel aided in the poll worker recruitment process and served as a Poll Worker in the City of Framingham during the 2020 election cycle, registering voters, and monitoring polling locations during elections.
