Anne brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. She is adept at building high-performing teams, strengthening financial controls, leading complex budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and providing strategic financial guidance to executive teams and boards of directors.
Prior to joining Strategies, Anne was the chief financial officer for 170 Freedom Milwaukee 2024 Host Committee, Inc., a $92M budget startup 501(c)(3) organization that promoted economic development and tourism in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. She also held executive roles including vice president of finance and CFO at WM Sprinkman, controller and HR director at My Health Direct, and senior accountant at Wipfli LLP.
Over her career, Anne has led financial system conversions, supported M&A transitions, participated in multiple rounds of capital fundraising, and managed HR functions across a range of industries. Additionally, Anne is the founder and co-director of the Midwest Penguins Volleyball Club in Waukesha, established in 1997.
