Alison is a nationally respected government relations strategist and accomplished executive with a distinguished career leading high-impact organizations and campaigns across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
As Managing Director at Michael Best Strategies, Alison brings decades of experience advising C-suite leaders, managing complex stakeholder environments, and positioning organizations for success at the intersections of business, government, and the media.
Alison most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the MKE 2024 Host Committee, where she led the strategic planning and execution of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. In this role, she oversaw a multi-million-dollar operation, managed a multi-functional team of professionals, and worked closely with federal, state, and local officials to deliver one of the most high-profile events in the country and generating an economic impact of over $320 million to the Southeastern Wisconsin region.
