Prior to&nbsp;joining the firm, Charlotte worked in the United States Senate as a staff assistant and intern, where she managed front-office operations, led intern and tour programs, and served as a resource for constituent needs. She assisted the legislative and communications teams by compiling weekly policy updates, preparing communications reports, and conducting research. Before working in the Senate, she held roles at public affairs firms, where she analyzed legislative trends, monitored media and congressional activity, and developed fact sheets and proposals for a variety of clients.&nbsp;
